Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a book that has not yet been released. We collect full payment at checkout. Digital preorders are guaranteed to be delivered via BookFunnel at least one week before their public release date. Physical products will be shipped once they become available.

You can cancel an unfulfilled preorder by emailing help@melissacummins.com with your order number. Once a digital product has been delivered or a physical product has shipped, our ordinary unfulfilled-preorder cancellation option no longer applies. You may still have cancellation, return or refund rights under applicable law or our Return and Refund Policy. Fulfillment does not remove those rights.
