Refund policy

As stated under each product description, all sales are final.

Digital products, including but not limited to, ebooks and audiobooks cannot be returned except under special circumstances such as:
- Accidental purchase of multiple copies within one week
- Technical issues preventing download or access
- Significant file corruption or formatting problems
- Incorrect product delivered (wrong book/format)

All digital product refund requests must be made within seven days of purchase.

Refund Request Process To request a refund for digital products, please email help@melissacummins.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for refund request
- Details of any technical issues experienced

We will respond to refund requests within 2-3 business days.

Damages and issues
Should you receive a damaged or defective physical copy, please send an email to help@melissacummins.com with your order number, and images of the damage that has occurred within seven business days of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue for you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. For physical items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For digital products, the 14-day cooling off period applies unless you have begun downloading or accessing the content. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
