Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a book that has not yet been released. We collect full payment at checkout. Digital products will be automatically delivered via BookFunnel on the release date. Physical products will be shipped once they become available.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by contacting us at help@melissacummins.com with your order number. If the order has already been fulfilled (digital product delivered or physical product shipped), then you cannot cancel the order, but you may request a refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.
