Digital Product Delivery

All digital products (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered immediately upon purchase via BookFunnel. Pre-ordered digital products will be delivered automatically on their release date (timing dependent upon manuscript completion). No physical shipping applies to digital products.

Pre-order Updates: Fulfillment and updates will be provided to your notification preference if you opted in to receive notifications from Melissa Cummins. Otherwise, all fulfillment updates will be available here: https://shopmelissacummins.com/pages/release-updates

Physical Product Delivery

All US orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. International orders may take up to 15 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note: Physical pre-order purchases may take longer, dependent upon manuscript completion and printing schedules.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Print on-demand merchandise ships from various locations. 

Your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, or taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Melissa Cummins Author is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We can ship physical products to P.O. boxes within the United States via USPS. However, expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. box addresses.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@melissacummins.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
